MOVE 4 LIFE is a fun, healthy, interactive, 8 week program designed to help you increase or maintain your physical activity. The U.S. Surgeon General’s Report on Physical Activity & Health documents that people who are physically active manage stress better, sleep better and feel better.
MOVE 4 LIFE recognizes that people come in all shapes, sizes, and physical abilities, with physical activity levels ranging from none to athletes-in-training. But no matter where a person falls in that range, you can tailor MOVE 4 LIFE to meet your individual needs. You define your own level of participation in regular physical activity by setting a personal goal.
There are only five things you have to do to get started:
- Create an account
- Set your personal physical activity goal
- Fill out the your registration form
- Begin recording your progress on your Activity Log
- Complete your program & submit Program Completion Form
